Five media giants from Europe and the USA have received the necessary specifications for the sale tender of SABAH and ATV. The TMSF has announced that sham partnerships, in which one is not related to the media sector will not be allowed. Five foreign media groups have received specifications for the sale tender of media entities including Sabah newspaper and ATV. According to the information from the TMSF authorities, German RTL and SAT1, Antenna, American News Corp. and Czech CME have acquired the obligatory tender specifications. The TMSF had announced that the appraised value for the commercial and economic entity of SABAH and ATV is $1.1 billion and the tender will be held on November 7th. The companies interested in the tender will apply for pre-qualification by October 15 and will submit their offers by November 6. |
